Pack 862’s spring 2021 Adventure Campout to Arkansas will be March 13-16 (Saturday through Wednesday). Highlights include a visit to Crater of Diamonds State Park, hiking in the Ozarks, and camping on the shores of Lake Greeson !
You must register below to attend. The fee includes Admission to Crater of Diamonds, Camp Sites Saturday and Sunday at Daisy State Park, and Monday and Tuesday at Rogers Scout Reservation. You are responsible for these:
- your own transportation
- all personal equipment
- all meals.
Adventure campouts are more dynamic than Primitive or Family Campouts. Side adventures are possible, some of which may increase the cost of the event, like a trip to the movies if weather is unfavorable, or museums or Ice Cream Shops along the way. This trip will be in two parts. On Monday we will break camp at Daisy SP and see more of the state by heading further north to Rogers Scout Reservation, which is a Westark BSA Council Camp.
